Our Commitment
NutriAg Ltd strives to provide our services in a manner that is accessible to all our staff members, customers, the public or third parties, without any type of discrimination. NutriAg Ltd is committed to excellence in serving all customers, including people with disabilities and we will carry out our functions and responsibilities in the following areas:

Communication
NutriAg Ltd ensures that everyone is treated with respect and dignity by giving them our full attention and taking the time to understand the individual’s needs and taking into consideration their disability.

Assistive Devices
NutriAg Ltd is committed to serving people with disabilities who use assistive devices. We will ensure that our staff is familiar with various assistive devices that may be used by customers with disabilities while accessing our services. Such devices may include walkers, braces, wheelchairs, canes, hearing aids, etc. 

Employee Training and Education
At NutriAg Ltd we take responsibility for continuous employee education and training to ensure that all aspects of this polity are followed and respected. This policy will be communicated to all staff via email and posted on our website. New employees will be informed during orientation and sent email notifications to complete the AODA online.
Training will include the following:

• The purpose of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and requirements of the customer service standard
• How to interact and communicate with people with various types of disabilities
• How to interact with people with disabilities who use an assistive device
• AODA and the Accessibility Standards, and how they apply to the workplace

Availability of Documentation
Our policy will be made available upon request. NutriAg Ltd will strive to provide the information contained within this policy to a person with a disability upon request and in a format that considers their disability.

Feedback and Suggestions
We welcome feedback from our employees and members of the public about how we implement the disability program and the methods of providing programs, goods, and services to persons with disabilities.
